“5 Ways To Celebrate Summer #RaiseaCone”

Let’s countdown to the first day of summer and toast to a few months of awesome adventures! When it comes to summertime, there are a few things that come to mind.

1. Water Parks

What is summer without a little splishing and splashing? Head out to a water park this summer and have some fun! Don’t forget the sunscreen. :D

2. Watermelon

Summer is not complete without some delicious watermelon. Best served fresh, outside and when it’s hot. YUM!

3. Staying Up Late

Shake off those bedtime hours and have some fun. Stay up late one night with the kids and watch a movie and pop some popcorn! Remember, the summer is a great reward for a good school year.

4. Vacations & Stay-cations

Go somewhere fun this summer, whether it’s around your area or a place you’ve never been before. Bonus points for trying someplace new!

5. Ice Cream

Grab an ice cream cone and get messy outside!!! Better yet, enjoy a delicious drumstick that has the chocolate piece in the bottom. MY FAVORITE.

Nestlé Drumstick is the Original Sundae Cone. In 1928, the Parker Brothers took the waffle cone to the next level but adding a chocolate coating to ice cream and covering the top with nuts. One of the brothers’ wives said it looked like a fried chicken leg and thus, the “Drumstick” novelty was born!
