Nominated by Parents magazine as the “Best All-Around Mom Blog”, this blog was also a finalist in the CBS News “Most Valuable Blogger” awards.
Known for their delicious recipes, easy-to-make crafts, tips & travel recommendations (just to name a few), the relationships that these moms have created are nothing short of amazing. This community has over 600,000+ social media followers across their network not including a large monthly readership.
Since starting in 2010, Modern Day Moms has worked with thousands of companies and formed amazing relationships that continue to grow. Through their popular online blog & social media avenues, they have successfully accomplished large goals set-forth by companies to help spread the word and create brand awareness & buzz regarding products and news. From being brand ambassadors to travel guides, there is nothing these moms can’t do.
Modern Day Moms has continuously seen their reach grow. Readers became friends and brands became family… we had an amazing first year and it only acted as a learning experience for Modern Day Moms to push even harder to make this site GREAT. 2011 also brought a commercial opportunity for our founder, who worked alongside a large team to create a commercial segment for a popular mobile brand.
2012 brought many adventures for Modern Day Moms including traveling to Cancun for a media trip where they were sent to create buzz around the re-branding of a popular hotel to heading down to Louisiana, where the founder, Jessica, spent 4 days working alongside the Tabasco executives to get inspired and contracted to come up with recipes of her own using Tabasco products. Just to name a few! 2012 was a huge year for us and paved the way for many more amazing opportunities.
2013 was just as amazing with adventures to Europe, Aruba, New York, Texas, Florida, Mexico and North Carolina already under their belts by July, these moms continued their on-going partnerships as well as traveled, created amazing professional relationships and provide high-quality content and continued plans to take their brand one step further each and every day.
2014 had some impressive things on the calendar this year. Not only did we launch the much-awaited Modern Day Dads, we also reached over 500,000 in our social media network. Here are some other exciting things that took place the past few years:
Not only were our articles featured in magazines such as Country Living, Redbook & Health Magazine… we were also chosen to be an ambassador for Groupon were we spent the entire summer making it amazing and memorable at Groupon’s expense. We also became an ambassador for the Skinny Cow brand and they flew us out to Montana to experience the glamping lifestyle. Smithfield chose us to create a few recipes featuring some of their favorite products and we worked alongside the state of Florida to represent their Fresh from Florida campaign. Modern Day Dads continues to grow at an exciting pace and we couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunities that have come our way as a whole.
