Easy, Healthy Yogurt Pops

A lot of popsicles out there may be fat-free but they also do have a bit of sugar in them. A custard-style frozen pop, on the other hand, has quite a few health benefits – and to most palates, it might even be a lot tastier.

Making a yogurt pop couldn’t be simpler. Just spray unflavored cooking spray into a small paper cup (or glass cup), spoon in your favorite yogurt, drop in some of your favorite fruit like cut up oranges, strawberries, pineapple, and freeze.

In about half an hour, insert a sturdy plastic spoon in the middle, bowl side of the stick first.

Depending on the temperature of your freezer, the pops should be ready in about an hour but don’t worry if it takes longer.

For a pop that will remind you of the old “creamsicle” of your youth, blend vanilla yogurt with softened frozen orange juice concentrate and freeze as directed above.
