Easy One Pan Chicken

With working, chauffeuring, play dates, school and fun, there is never enough time to fit everything in. I do love to cook and test out new recipes, however some nights I need quick, easy and not take out. I was drawn to this recipe as it is quick, easy, and with a few minor adjustments I made it a little healthier and it’s all in one and no fuss. It is a full meal in one pan, only a few ingredients, that you cover toss in the oven and voila! I tested it out and my family liked it, so bonus. I figured that I would share it with all of you! Enjoy!!

Items you need:

9 13 pan
Aluminum Foil
3 Chicken Breasts
Red Skin, Yukon Gold, Sweet Potatoes – You pick
Fresh Green Beans
1 Packet of Italian Seasoning/Dressing Mix
Half a Stick of Butter

How to:

chicken1

In a 9 13 pan, cut 3 chicken breasts in half, add green beans on one side and cut up potatoes on the other. Sprinkle a packet of zesty Italian dressing mix over the top. Drizzle half a stick of melted butter over it. Cover it with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

It comes out fully cooked, seasoning is great and no fuss. Clean up is a breeze.

Note:

Based on how many you are cooking for of course add more and a bigger pan, I used a little less butter than listed above and it came out great. Use the whole seasoning packet it is worth it. I also tried it with thicker and thinner chicken breast, thicker is better.
