During the holidays, we’re often asked what we wish for ourselves. This holiday season, Capital One is instead asking people to share their wish for others.
Our wish during this holiday season is for others to be filled with love and peace. Right now, it seems there are a lot of things going on in the world and I feel like one of the best wishes I could have is for others to just be happy. I hope that people will have friends and family surrounding them for the holidays. I don’t want anyone to be left out.
For my family personally, I am thankful to be pregnant and I’m excited to see my family grow. I hope that everything goes smooth during this pregnancy and that my morning sickness does not last that long.
I hope that my family can all get together this Christmas and share the joys and laughters together. What is your wish?
Share your wish for someone else – a family member, a friend, a neighbor, or a community — with #WishForOthers on Twitter, Instagram, or the Capital One Facebook page from Nov. 24 through Dec. 23 for a chance to make it come true.
Wondering what to submit? We asked people what they want this holiday season – and what they wish for others as well. The answers ranged from sweet and heartwarming to thoughtful and funny, all documented in a video that’ll get you thinking about your own wish for others.
Visit Wish For Others for more information and to see the wishes that other people have submitted so far!
