Brussel Sprouts are delicious grilled and the act of grilling them is pretty simple. There are really two easy ways to grill them: You can use foil which is especially helpful if you have already cut up your brussel sprouts or you can grill the brussel sprouts whole.
My favorite way is to use foil and then transfer them to a pan.
For this recipe, I was challenged to use 5 ingredients so with that, I have used the following:
The recipe is pretty simple. I chop up the brussel sprouts and the bacon. I place them on a sheet of foil that has been coated with olive oil. I mix a tiny bit of olive oil and bbq sauce together and drizzle it onto the bacon & brussel sprouts and top with a pinch of salt.
Close up the foil and place it on the grill for about 5-10 minutes.
In the end, you will have perfectly delicious brussels with crisp bacon. Mmm!

I actually discovered Guy’s Grocery Games recently and found myself addicted to the show. It is fun to see what the chefs come up with. It is a really neat show to watch.
Guy’s Grocery Games features four talented chefs competing in supermarket-themed cooking challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles, adhering to real-world obstacles doled out by host, Guy Fieri, such as shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs “check out,” with the last chef standing going on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!
