*this giveaway has ended. congrats to Cassie R!**

If you send a lot of time on the computer creating documents & files, you will know how important a USB drive is. You can never have too many, I always say. A USB drive is a great way to take files with you wherever you go. Now, with the new Kingston USB drives, they offer the urDrive preloaded software that will allow you to easily keep track of your files and allow you exclusive organization options that are only available with the urDrive.

I am personally using the Kingston USB drive to transfer files from my laptop to my computer. It is very easy to use, lightweight and can even attach to your keychain. I have found that they are quick, easy, and great for storing little bits of info, pictures & notes.

The urDrive is fabulous. It’s like your own little application that you can use to explore things on the drive. It’s very helpful in organizing files and making sure everything is where it should be.

urDrive is preloaded software exclusively on select Kingston® DataTraveler® USB Flash drives. After you launch the software, the urDrive interface pops up like a desktop for your USB. It really is that easy.

The urDrive is a free, pre-loaded application for organizing and exploring apps, games, and music. It transforms Kingston USB drives into active storage devices– rather than the “old school” device used only to store and transfer data. Go ahead, give it a spin!

Want to try this out for yourself?

Want to own these? Now you can! We are giving away a 5 pack of Kingston urDrive USB’s to one person! All you have to do is leave a comment! Let us know what you’d use the USB drives for!

Must be 18+ and live in the US. This giveaway ends Wednesday, November 16th.

Thank you to Kingston for sponsoring this review. Please click here to learn more about Kingston. I was selected for this sponsorship by the Clever Girls Collective. All opinions are my own.

I would loooove to use them for pictures and videos and important files, rather than needing to burn them to a disk all the time for back up. And it would be so much easier to transfer things between our 3 computers and my parents’ computers as well!

  • Leah Hennager on November 4, 2011

I would use this USB 5 pack to back up my pictures! My mom lost hundreds of photos from her lap top when it crashed. She was absolutely mortified. :( I must keep that from happening to me. I would probably give my mom one of the 5 as well! It would also be handy so I wouldnt have to burn CD’s of photos all the time!
