If you ever need a fun twist to taco night, here is a healthy idea for you. Sometimes, we decided to give our taco nights a little sprucing up.
Here is a healthy alternative to the traditional meat filled tacos.
Here’s what we had:
Mangos (cut up)
Avocado (cut up)
Brown Rice
Cheddar Cheese
Lettuce
Cilantro
Black Beans
Tomatoes
Tortillas

Put it all together and there you go. The most delicious healthy soft tacos, ever.












Meatless tacos…
I think that is exactly what I need. My husband just told me that he needs to eat more meat..(Strange I know)…some new juicing passion.
