We try our best, we use recyclable bags, wear Tom’s, try to take quick showers… basically, we try to take small steps to live a greener life yet it goes beyond that and it’s actually quite simple believe it or not. It doesn’t have to be so obvious for it to count.

2 pounds sirloin tip roast, cut into 6 3/4-inch-thick steaks
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
