For centuries, frugal cooks have salvaged stale bread by combining it with milk, eggs, sugar and other ingredients to create a sweet pudding. Our version, made with croissants and bittersweet chocolate, yields a decadent dessert that is truly sublime.
If it was up to my 5 year old, she would eat mac n cheese for every meal so we have to really switch it up and keep her interest at the same time. For example, mac n cheese & peas (and sometimes ham), that’s a big one. She also loves broccoli when mixed with pasta. See where I’m going with this?
