These light cheesecake brownies get their rich taste from reduced-fat cream cheese, reduced-fat sour cream, and unsweetened cocoa powder. To make the cookie crust, after grinding the chocolate wafers in a food processor, spread them evenly in a baking pan lined with two crisscrossed sheets of parchment paper.
My family loves Snapfish.
Welcome to Jess T.’s Tech Tuesday, where all your geek are belong to us!
A while ago, I wrote about how my daughters love the Nintendo DS. They’ve each got one and they bring them everywhere they go. With a wide collection of games, we thought it couldn’t get any better. Then we added this shiny new member to the family.

An American-born beauty, the cheesecake gets upgraded with a triple dose of chocolate. It’s in the crust, in the filling, and over the top. To help prevent cracks, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside for an hour. To cut the cleanest slices, use a knife dipped in warm water.
Traveling with kids can be stressful. I recently took a 2000 mile round trip with my husband and 3 children. They are 10 years old, 3 years old and 10 months old. I was afraid that it would be one meltdown after another.
For clarification, I’d like to state that I am a fully grown adult and I am not a wuss.
Ok, now that that’s out of the way, let’s get started. I LOVE GUMMY VITAMINS! Yes, its true. I take gummy vitamins every morning and they are delicious. This does not in any way make me any less of a serious business adult. (Maybe it does a little…)
When I was in college we had a coffee table full of nonsense books for easy entertainment. In that stack of books was a lovely little flip through Kama Sutra guide complete with pictures and positions. Sadly, my college days are long gone and my coffee table book of ahem positions are of a less exciting variety.
I’ve been pretty insecure with my body since having my youngest child. Sure I dropped the weight quickly (thanks to breastfeeding) but my body has NEVER been the same since. Have you noticed that even when you are at your pre pregnancy weight that your pants and shirts fit differently? For me, the waists of my pants fit normal, but it’s my thighs that still don’t fit. For my shirts, everything seems to have gotten shorter and do I even need to mention the lack of shape and “muffin top” going on. UGH… One day I swear I will have my body finally back, but for now I will let you in on my huge secret… Yummie Tummie.
It seems like baby’s come with a lot of stuff. Blankets, wraps, carriers, diapers, clothes and more gadgets than you can keep track of. When I was trying to organize my daughter’s room before she came, I wound up with a lot of little extras and no where to put them! Not to mention, I decided to cloth diaper her, and I needed somewhere to put all those diapers.
