One Small Change

Puritan’s pride has challenged me to participate in their “One Small Change” challenge.  The challenge asks you to commit to making “One Small Change” in your health habits over 60 days.   This is an important mission to help myself and hopefully inspire others to make healthy choices in our lives so we can all feel better! Easy Microwave Fudge

Microwave 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips and a 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 5 minutes. Stir vigorously, then add 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread in an 8-inch-square pan lined with buttered parchment paper. Refrigerate, then cut into squares.
