I’m a firm believer in letting children express themselves through style. Whether it be a new haircut or one of their favorite shirts, I’m all about promoting positivity through their uniqueness. My daughter is no exception. She is a stylish little thing and loves to dress up.
When it was time to help her get ready for going back to school, we decided to hit up our favorite place… our local Target. There, we did some shopping that made my bank account scream… but, it needed to be done and thankfully, everything was really reasonable! We even had the chance to stock up on school supplies.
Is it me or did the school supply lists get way longer this year? I felt like I was buying supplies for the entire class! :)
Back to talking about clothes….
My daughter has a rad style. She loves leggings and jeans, sometimes even jeggings. She loves wearing fun t-shirts that expresses her style in a fun way and she’s been known to match her accessories with her shirts. She’s really good at that. She started planning her outfits and we got to work.
Target did not disappoint when preparing for back to school. The clothes department was “off the hook” as my daughter would say. Target has reinvented all their jeans to be even more stretchy and comfortable which meant my daughter would actually want to wear them.
When it came to jeans, they had quite the selection this year! I was super excited. While they didn’t have her size in stock at the store (because everyone was swooping them up! They were a great bargain), we were able to easily buy them online. The process was painless.
Here are a few of her favorite jeans & jeggings that we just HAD to purchase:
Light Wash Floral Print
Black Acid Wash
Indigo Acid Wash
I thought these were so fun! They could do with anything! The great thing about a good pair of jeans is you can really create fun outfits that your kids could wear all week. Set their clothes out the night before, pair the jeans with their favorite shirt and shoes and you’re good to go.
Target makes going back to school easy.
