There are many “great leaps” that will lead you to that next step in your life. Whether you are starting a new job, trying for another baby, buying a car, a house, maybe you are starting school, graduating, changing jobs, moving… there is always something you want to finish before you get to that point.

I remember about 6 years ago thinking… “Before I have kids, I want to be secure with my job, have a house, maybe own my car or at least have a car that I’m not afraid to drive (ugh, manual)…” but it never quite works out like that and I’m glad! There are always so many excuses and “things” we put before our next big leap. I’ve learned that going with the flow is a lot easier than over-preparing. Call me crazy, but it’s true. Will you ever be perfectly ready? You just have to take that leap and go for it.

The next big leap in my life would definitely be expanding my family even more. I would love to have another child and as I’ve mentioned before, with my child starting Elementary School next year (wow, I feel old) I would love to have another baby around the house. It seems however, it’s harder the second time than the first. Why is that? Why does it always seem easier to have your first child? Is it because you weren’t preparing as much, you weren’t thinking about it as much? Why?

Of course, with expanding my family comes trying to find a car that can accomodate all of us.
