“Tech Talk: How NOT To Treat Your Phone”

Raise your hand if you have let your kids play with your phone more times than you can count.

We are all guilty of it and it’s probably not the best idea but when you are in the grocery store and you need 30 minutes of time with the least amount of interruptions, I’m sure you’ve reached for the phone and let your kids play Angry Birds. SO not judging you on that one!

However, your phone… probably isn’t so happy. My phone has been thrown, kicked, dropped (thankfully NOT in water) and it has somehow survived.

I did hear that if you do drop your phone in water to place it in a bag of uncooked, white rice overnight. Turn off the phone first, of course. Apparently, the rice helps draw out the moisture in the phone and it really does help. Have you tried it?

Thankfully, my mom has survived the abuse and now that I’ve discovered the new Pure-Gear DualTek Cases, I’m pretty sure it can survive anything.
