I am slightly fitness obsessed. I might not always follow through with my lofty plans to run 8 miles a day and beat my gym buddy’s chest press record, but the thought is always in the back of my mind. Since it can be so hard to stay on track, especially with a busy family, it’s nice to have some help. I’ll admit that it does take a little while to set up, as the computer program needs to be installed and set up to work, but once its up and running there were no problems. While wearing the armband, I did notice a bit of discomfort after wearing it for several hours, but that ended up being my own fault – I put it on too tight, fearing it would slip off! Once I adjusted the size of the cuff, it felt much better and seemed to log my data more efficiently as well.
