Say Hello to the 2012 Mazda3

When I learned last month that I would be featuring the Mazda3 4-door on Modern Day Moms, I was super excited. When you think of this car, you wouldn’t think of it as your typical “family-friendly” vehicle but boy… it blew my expectations out of the water.

As I was chatting with one of my dear friends, we were discussing the fact that there are so many vehicles that market to families but it’s the ones you wouldn’t expect that surprise you the most. This was definitely one of those cars.

It’s comfortable, it drives great, it has a lot of unexpected space. It’s easy to get kids in and out of the backseat and grocery shopping is a breeze.

THE 2012 MAZDA3 WAS NAMED A 2012 TOP SAFETY PICK BY THE INSURANCE INSTITUTE FOR HIGHWAY SAFETY.

This car is QUICK and with up to 40 mpg highway, it will leave you nothing short of surprised. Say hello to savings on not only gas but TIME.

Here are some available features of the Mazda3 that you might enjoy:
Available dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, 265-watt Bose audio, Bluetooth hands-free phone and audio capability, Mazda Advanced Keyless Entry & Start System and compact navigation system.

One of my absolute favorite features of the Mazda3 is the Blind Spot Monitoring System (BSM). You can’t always see every car on the road and those blind spots will get ya, that’s why the available class-leading Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) System is here to help..

Oh, it helps alright. If there is a car in your blind spot, a little alert will pop up in your side mirror. Even better, if the turn signal is activated while vehicles are in the detection area, a chime sounds, alerting the driver. Sensors track approximately 12.5 feet from the left to right and approximately 26 feet behind the side of the vehicle.

With Mazda’s new SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY, the 2012 Mazda3 delivers improved fuel economy without sacrificing the driving dynamics that you would expect.

The 2012 MAZDA3 4-Door starts at $15,200. Earning up to 40 mpg hwy, this stylish baby offers dynamic-yet-economical performance with available perks like Bluetooth , navigation and Bose audio. (Oh yes, I said Bose… and it’s kind of awesome.)

This car is pretty much everything you could want and more. *I had the opportunity to drive the car and review it for the site.
