We are about to get a little personal up in here. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only woman out there who is trying to lose that “baby weight”. You know, if you can still call it that after 4 years. It’s not that easy to shed the pounds when you hardly find time in your day to eat and sleep, let alone work out. That’s where this post is going to come in, you see, I’m going to start a 6 week challenge. I encourage you to join me too. How fun would that be?
This time I’m not going at it alone though, oh no, I am going to enlist in the help of Nike. Nike Training Club to be exact. You have different options which is amazing. I am going to be using the “get lean” option, this baby weight has GOT to go. Not everyone is looking to “get lean” however, maybe you want to get toned, build muscle, etc. Whatever it may be, this app is for you. Each Wednesday, I will be posting a progress report on how I’ve done that week. Any comments and encouragement will gladly be accepted as this isn’t exactly the easiest thing to talk about, but I know I’m not the only mom interested in getting healthier.
