I’m going to start a 6 week challenge to a healthier me. I encourage you to download it and join me on the 6 week journey to better health.
Each Wednesday until September 7th, I will be posting a progress report on how I’ve done that week. Any comments and encouragement will gladly be accepted as this isn’t exactly the easiest thing to talk about, but I know I’m not the only mom interested in getting healthier.
This is the first full week that I have used the Nike Training Club app and let me just say, whoa, that app does NOT play around.
My Progress Report
Lost 4 lbs
Went down 1 size
Used Nike Training Club // Beginner // Fighter Fit.
No equipment required for this workout.
This week, I decided to start as a beginner and that I am. The beginner exercises in the Nike Training Club app require little to no equipment. The workout I chose was Fighter Fit. It required no equipment and was broken down into many parts. See below:
You start the workout and if you are confused, you can click the little video icon in the top right corner and the app plays an actual video. It will show you how to do the exercise, correctly. See below:
That was one of the things I have loved about using this app so far. It takes the guessing game out of specific exercises. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking to get lean, toned, strong or focused. It is really like having your own individual personal trainer in your pocket.
Coming soon, you can enter to win Nike gear & more to help towards your fitness goals.
The Nike Training Club App is a full-body functional training app designed for you to make yourself whatever you want to be. Whether you’re looking to get lean, toned, or strong, NTC takes every workout to the next level. Download it here.
