The best thing about this app is you can take it with you anywhere. This past week, I was out of town and was unable to really focus as much as I wanted, however, having the Nike Training Club app is really handy especially when you’re not at home or able to get to the gym. To be honest, us moms don’t really have time for the gym and when we do, we may have to jump through hoops to get there. Using this app will allow you to work out in the comfort of your home without ever leaving… :)
Am I ready to take myself off the beginning level? Not quite, but I am ready to try out different exercises!
