Each week until September 7th, I will be posting a progress report on how I’ve done that week. Any comments and encouragement will gladly be accepted as this isn’t exactly the easiest thing to talk about, but I know I’m not the only mom interested in getting healthier.

I realized recently how much better you will feel if you include a proper daily diet along with exercise… I don’t mean starving yourself. I’m talking about eating better. There were a lot of junky foods that I have cut out of my diet recently just so I could feel better not only from exercise but in daily routine as well.

The best thing about this app is the fact that it has a timer and each workout is broken down into 1-2 minutes. Perfect for the beginner. I think it’s easy to feel motivated to use the Nike Training Club app because of it’s lack of “pushiness”. It guides you along in your exercise journey and allows you to have fun doing so.
