“Wine Review: flipflop Wines- Riesling”

Welcome to Wine Wednesday! Here you will find new wines at an affordable price. See all of our Wine Wednesday features here. You can also view our Cocktail Corner posts here.

During the Summertime we try and use our oven as little as possible. With the weather being as hot as it is the last thing we want is to warm the house up even more. Meals tend to be cooked on the BBQ or we make things like tacos, salads, and sushi (we’ve invested in a really awesome sushi maker). So I knew this Riesling would go perfect with our choice of Summer foods.

flipflop Wines Riesling is a wonderful mix of delicious fruit without being overly sweet- which is a plus for me! If you really want to get more flavor out of the wine, add a little spice to your food to spruce everything up. My ‘thinking outside the box’ suggestion? A little Indian food takeout would be fabulous with this Riesling.

This would be an excellent wine to open and serve to all yours family and friends who aren’t really big wine drinkers. It has the perfect combo of aromas and flavors to compliment anyones palate. Another wonderful feature of this wine is their label on the back of the bottle. Their wine makes any level of wine drinker look and feel like a wine expert:

The quality of this wine far surpasses it’s retail value of only $7!

As if this wine wasn’t great enough, check out how they are giving back.
