Just like a little black dress, a bottle of Merlot is a “go to” for any occasion. It is a wine that is simple, but by adding accessories- in this case foods to compliment, it can easily be dressed up and ready to impress.
Little Black Dress Merlot is very smooth and easy on the palate, making it an excellent wine for any occasion. “This wine is rich with aromas of ripe black cherry, cranberry, and warm herb, complemented by hints of vanilla and toasted oak. This medium-bodied Merlot can seduce even the most experienced of palates with its nice lingering finish.”
Aromas of ripe black cherry, red licorice, plum, and sweet toasty oak with hints of perfume, cranberry and warm herb. Smooth and rich mouth-feel with hints of red cherry, berry, vanilla, and sweet oak. A nice lingering finish.
I was really excited to open this bottle of Merlot seeing as it it one of Little Black Dress’ most popular wines. I wish I would have known about Emily’s Tender Juicy Ribs before opening the bottle because it would have went perfect with this wine! Pair it with any hearty meats to accentuate the flavors that make up this medium-bodied Merlot.
