Make Your Bed Immediately
One habit that many people commit to is making the bed. For many, it is a way to work through early morning depression, where one completed task is seen as a motivator to keep going throughout the day. If making the bed when you rise helps you out, keep doing what you are doing.
Otherwise, consider this: covering up the hot blankets on your bed is not giving it time to air out. Moist environments are where bacteria and dust mites thrive. Leave the sheets exposed just for a little while before making your bed.
