Turn On The TV
The world is a pretty crazy place, what with all that is happening around us 24/7. You might be tempted to listen to the news while scrolling through your social media or checking other apps on your phone and lounging in bed. Yet, there are many stressful things happening that could potentially stress you out. Such negativity is only going to set a precedent for the rest of the day.
Instead of turning on the TV in the morning, set aside some quiet time for yourself. Meditate. Reflect. Write in a journal. But most of all, relax.
