Go Without Protein
There are some people who will say that breakfast isn t that important and that you can skip it if you aren t inclined to eat, and that is perfectly okay. But if you have a long day of physical activity ahead of you, or you have already done some exercise, you should grab something to eat with a bit of protein in it. Cramming a muffin into your mouth is only going to flood your system with sugar, and that might feel good momentarily but will cause a crash later on.
The best way to get yourself some energy is to choose some proteins and healthy fats, which take longer to digest and give you much more energy.
