2-Ingredient Mint Fudge (that melts in your mouth)

Each month until December, Modern Day Moms will be featuring an easy-to-make healthy recipe using ingredients from my “Cantry“. What is a Cantry? Well, I’m sure we all have it. It’s the place you store all your canned goods. We actually have a lazy susan’ cubby in our kitchen which we use as our Cantry. A well-stocked Cantry helps you save time and get a healthy, flavorful and home-cooked meal on the table, more often. It’s homemade made easy.

This recipe is so easy, I almost feel silly for even writing this article. However, I need to let you in on a delicious secret that requires only 2 ingredients. Seriously? My kind of recipe.

Ingredients

10oz Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips (found at Walmart)
14oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions

Microwave the Andes baking chips and half the 14-ounce can (7 ounces) sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl for about 4 minutes. Stir vigorously and spread in an 8-inch-square pan lined with buttered parchment paper (or foil). I sprinkled crushed Andes mints on top of the mixture.

Refrigerate.

That’s it!

Once it hardens, you can cut it into squares.

Store the fudge squares in a tupperware. I keep them in the fridge and they will last 3-5 days but honestly, they won’t even make it that long.

So good!

I was compensated for ingredients to make this recipe.

Made these last night. The best fudge ever. So easy! My family has almost consumed the entire batch! Which means I will make a double batch next time!
