This is the best pie I have ever had in my life. It was hard not to eat the entire thing. I cant even begin to tell you how crunchy and creamy this pie is. It tastes like delicious peanut butter ice cream that melts in your mouth.
My mother-in-law made this recipe on Thanksgiving and thankfully she gave this recipe to me because I want to make it any chance I get. She made it for a bake-off recently and won 1st place! It’s not hard to see why.
It’s very easy. VERY VERY easy.
Ingredients:
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cup confectioners sugar
2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup milk
2 small container Cool Whip (16oz)
2 prepared graham cracker pie shells (deep dish)
Mix the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and crunchy peanut butter together. Slowly blend in the milk and Cool Whip. Pour into pie shells and freeze. Serve frozen.
That’s it. Seriously. You can also drizzle melted chocolate or fudge sauce over the top for a fun little twist.
Enjoy!
