Beauty 411: Daily Makeup Favorites

To start off the series, I thought I would share just a few of my favorite things and I’m not talking about raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens. I actually have 4 makeup products that I use daily and will be sharing them with you today.

1. MAC Cosmetics – Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

To me, there is nothing easier than applying eye-liner with a brush. I find it much easier than liquid eye-liner and also the pencils. Trust me on this. With the right brush, you and your eye-liner can conquer the world… or something like that.

I love my paint pot. Because of it’s pale color, I also use it as a primer on my eyelids (and sometimes even on my lips.. shhh, don’t tell).

Paint pot is a highly pigmented eye colour that goes on creamy but dries to an intense, vibrant finish. Long-wearing, colourfast. Creates seamless coverage without weight or caking. Blends smoothly over the lids. Cream-based, can be mixed with M A C shadows and liners.

3. L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara

Looking for an amazing mascara that really lives up to the hype? I am not getting paid to say this so please listen to me when I tell you, BUY THIS MASCARA. I have about 10 different ones in my makeup drawer and this is my absolute favorite. So much so, I have actually moved the other mascaras to a different drawer. This is my one and only mascara love. 2gether4ever.

For clump-free, perfectly defined longer lashes. L’oreal introduces new telescopic clean definition mascara for lashes with telescopic length, perfect definition, and a clump-free, natural end result. The patented no clump brush cleanly defines and lengthens up to 60 %.

4. MAC Cosmetics Viva Glam Lipstick – Lady Gaga 1

I hate to do this to you because this item is sold out and certain stores are selling the final stock of this lipstick but it’s my absolute favorite. It’s creamy, matte, conditioning and beautiful. While the pink version is no longer available online, you can find the tan version.
