My daughter is creative. Every day when I pick her up from school, she has at least 3-4 colored pictures for me. Some may only have a circle on them or a stick figure, and others may be really decked out in glitter and stickers.
No matter how simple the art, she HAS to keep it. NO MATTER WHAT.
I made the mistake of throwing a torn piece of paper away…. You’d think I had just told her she will never have another toy again, oh the tears.
I had to come up with a plan and quick.. I needed a creative way to display this art.
Lucky for me, I had a large wall in my kitchen that really needed some art love.
Here’s what I did…
I gathered some clothes pins (97 cents for 50 at Walmart), yarn and 2 clear thumb tacks. I made a “clothes line” to hang the art, I tied the yarn into a knot around each end of the thumb tack and lined it up.
Mission accomplished in under $3.

13 years agoAwesome idea! My son also brings home several art projects home everyday and I was stumped on how to display them all. Thank you so much!
