I am always trying to come up with arts and crafts projects that will be exciting for my son who would rather play sports, or trains or with any automobile. This one seemed like a fun way to craft and use exciting tools. I also love that it can be saved as a keepsake for later in a scrapbook.
Items Needed:
Felt, Construction paper or even paint would work in different colors
Scissors
Marker
Glue
Picture Frame (optional)
Directions:
Each family member gets a different color piece of felt and has someone trace their right or left hand. Same hand for each person.
Cut the hand out and then let your kiddo organize them in order of small, medium, large, extra large. Once the order is figured out glue them together in that order and on a piece of paper.
In my family my dog is a big part so I just drew what his pawprint would be as he was not about to participate, small dog big attitude.
I plan on keeping ours in a scrapbook later, so I added a cutout heart with the year to make sure I don’t forget.
