Organic Green Leaf Lettuce
Feta Cheese (I chose tomato and basil feta cheese)
Whole Wheat Buns
Sautee organic portobello mushroom caps in olive oil until soft.
Place them onto toasted buns.
Add feta cheese, lettuce, Compari tomatoes, onion and cucumber.
Serve with delicious rice and veggie fries.
