Ingredients:
1 Box of Funfetti Cake Mix
8 oz cream cheese (regular or lowfat)
1 egg
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Whip together cream cheese and butter in a bowl, easiest if room temperature, until smooth and creamy
Next add in egg and continue to mix together until blended.
Add the entire box of cake mix and mix until dough forms
Refrigerate dough for an hour.
Preheat oven to 350
Take dough and make 1″ balls, then roll in powdered sugar and place on baking sheet. (The powdered sugar melts right into the cookies)
Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes depending on oven and let cool.
