Grilled Baby Bok Choy

“Grilled Baby Bok Choy”

Baby Bok Choy (I suggest 1 per person)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (enough to coat your veggies, about 1/8 cup)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Sea Salt and Pepper to taste


Heat a grill or grill pan.

In a large mixing bowl, marinate bok choy, olive oil, lemon juice and salt/ pepper to taste.

Place bok choy on hot grill and grill each side for about 3-5 minutes.  Use the marinade to coat bok choy while grilling.

Remove from grill and serve.
