This recipe is super simple and a great way to use up those almost-brown bananas. If you are a fan of Banana Pancakes, you have got to try this recipe for Mini Pancake Bites.
You will need:
Pancake Batter
Bananas
Easy right? We used whole wheat pancake mix. Delicious and saves time. Here are step by step instructions:
1. Cut bananas into slices.
2. Get your pancake batter ready.
3. Fry them up in a little butter or oil. Whatever you prefer. We used butter here.
4. Serve with syrup and your favorite sausage. As seen here, Morning Star Veggie Sausage.
Enjoy! Super easy and delicious. The kids will love it.
