There is nothing like a great slightly warm brownie to add a treat to my day! However, there are days where I would prefer a different flavor than just chocolate. I love chocolate but, I can only eat so much of it and I am pretty partial to Red Velvet. This recipe is perfect to make brownies in any flavor that you would like. It also only requires a few ingredients and is low maintenance.
Ingredients:
1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix (or any cake mix flavor you like)
2 eggs
3/4 cup Canola Oil
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
Cooking Spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine cake mix, eggs, canola oil, and milk in a bowl. Stir until smooth
Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
Pour batter into pan or baking dish and spread out evenly
Bake for 25 minutes or until sides are slightly crispy
