Review: Life Made Easy with the Delta Touch2O Faucet

“Review: Life Made Easy with the Delta Touch2O Faucet”

We just purchased our home back in January and have been remodeling throughout. The kitchen is going to be the next big remodel once we are finished with the projects we already have going. I already know exactly how the kitchen will be done and I am super excited to get to it.

For now, we chose our new faucet, which is the Cassidy Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology from Delta in the Venetian Bronze finish. This faucet is gorgeous and goes well with our light fixture and will go with our future countertops. I can’t wait!

This faucet was rather easy to install as long as you follow the instructions carefully. It doesn’t hurt to have the experience and to have installed a faucet before.

First we removed our old one, which we were pleased with, but really excited to move on to a more sophisticated and easy-to-use faucet. This is our old one:

We turned off the water then disconnected the pipes that run to the faucet.

The mounting screws were undone and out came the faucet! Easy peasy.

Next, we attached the sticky foam piece to the top adapter piece then secured it along with the faucet from inside the cabinet on the underside.

Next were the gold valve connections. I was told that you should make sure to install these! Then all of the other water lines were connected and the system was flushed.

Finally, the battery-operated component was installed and our sink was ready to use!

My 7 year old son wanted to be the first to demonstrate how to use it. Now I can’t wait to remodel our kitchen so that it all matches. This faucet is beautiful and stands high over the sink, enough that you can easily get bowls and large items under to fill or wash.

Let me just say, preparing and cleaning up after dinner or a party is made extremely easy with the Delta Touch faucet. Now I won’t have to worry about making a mess of my sink and faucet because I am able to use my wrist to turn the faucet on when my hands are dirty. This is a lifesaver!

Why do people treat mess like it’s a bad thing? It’s actually the evidence of a life well lived. When you’re out there making, creating, doing and playing, embrace your #HappiMess and let Delta kitchen and bath innovations help clean up so you can do it all again tomorrow.
