Anxiety All The Time
Alone, anxiety can be crippling. Paired with another health problem, and you could be struggling to even leave the house. Anxiety can be the result of mental issues like generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and stress. External factors, like drug use and environmental or social stress can also provoke anxiety.
Those with anxiety know that being keyed up and tense can influence your physiological state. However, your physiology may also cause you to feel anxious. Imbalances in sex hormones, adrenal tumors, hyperthyroidism, and so on all effect your mental health. If you cannot figure out what is causing your anxiety, it may be time to go to a doctor and have your hormone levels checked.
