Decreased Stress
Young people are usually bogged down by stress. You worry about grades in school, about performing at work, about being a good parent or partner or sibling. All these things have a distinct impact on our health and may contribute to feels of depression, anxiety, and dissatisfaction. This is where the silver lining to aging begins to truly shine, because once you reach a certain age, that worry starts to dissipate.
Older people tend to stress less, simply because they have less things to worry about. That is not to say that senior citizens are not fretting over things. Additionally, it is safe to say that, once millennials are old enough, they might experience far more stress than Gen X-ers and Boomers.
