Memorial Day is upon us, but the 4th of July is right around the corner. Make this patriotic wreath just in time to celebrate two significant holidays. This wreath has a red, white and blue theme with stars as accents to the burlap, denim and gingham fabrics. It’s easy to make, but slightly time consuming. The end results are worth it, though.
All you will need is:
3 fabrics: denim, burlap and gingham…1/2 a yard of each
wire wreath
Thats it! All of the supplies cost me only $12 with sales and coupons!
Cut one inch slits along the edge of your fabric about 1.5 inches apart. Tear the fabric strips out. Mine were originally 18 inches long (1/2 yard), so I cut them in half for my final pieces.
Then loop the pieces through each wire piece and add them, alternating the fabrics. Do this all the way around until you are finished!
